Manchester-based Williamson and Croft has expanded its operations in Liverpool, following a merger with Knowsley-headquartered Musker and Garrett.\u00a0\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe two North-Western accountancy firms have merged to enhance both of their capabilities and broaden their reach.\u00a0\r\n\r\nAs part of the deal, which was supported by HSBC UK funding, Musker and Croft will be rebranded under the Williamson and Croft banner.\u00a0\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, staff at the existing Williamson and Croft office in Liverpool, and from the existing Musker and Garrett office, will move to a new site on Old Hall Street later this year.\r\n\r\nDaniel Moon, partner at Williamson and Croft, said: "We are thrilled to announce the completion of the merger with Musker and Garrett as we take this exciting step forward in our growth journeys together.\u00a0\r\n\r\n"This move enables us to enhance our capabilities and broaden our reach, empowering us to better serve the needs of clients in both Manchester and Liverpool."\r\n\r\nJohn Garrett, partner at Musker and Garrett, said: "We are very excited to be merging with such a like-minded firm.
