Huddersfield-based Sheards has merged with the SMH Group, allowing it to offer “even more” services to its clients.The firm, now named SMH Sheards, will continue to operate from its office in Huddersfield, with all the team remaining unchanged.
The SMH Group features a comprehensive suite of additional business and personal financial services, spanning accountancy, financial guidance, commercial finance, Wills and Probate, and mortgage advice, serving businesses and individuals across the region.
Carolyn Atkinson and Kevin Winterburn from Sheards said: “After 121 years of being an independent firm, we are delighted to be strengthening our future and enhancing the services we can offer to our clients. We are looking forward to working with the SMH Group whilst retaining our high standard of service. We remain the friendly face of accountancy in the Huddersfield area.”
