Kreston Reeves advises Morgan Jones on management buy-out

The transactions were supported by solicitors Brachers advising the sellers and with the Outset Group representing the management team.

Kreston Reeves has advised Kent recruitment provider Morgan Jones on its management buy-out.

Morgan Jones was established in 2000 to challenge the recruitment industry model. Taking a customer-focused approach, Morgan Jones earned a reputation for “professionalism and quality.”

The MBO, completed on Monday 21 March will see the 22-year-old East Kent business continue to “grow and thrive” under a new management team.

Kreston Reeves said it was “instrumental” in enabling a deal to take place that supported the aims of the seller, Jonathan and Julie-Ann Clarke, as well as meeting the needs of the new management team, led by directors Kim Tompsett, Nicole Ramsey, Anna Shelvey, and Chelsey Burt-Davies.
