Quantuma advises on Clausematch sale

Cross-border advisory firm Quantuma has announced its advisory role in the sale of Clausematch, a RegTech company, to Ireland-based Corlytics. The transaction was delivered by Adrian Howells, managing director, and George Fawcett, assistant manager, along with David Schreiter and Stephan Werner, both from Aethon Partners, and Rebecca Burford and Pei Li Kew, from Charles Russell Speechlys. Clausematch is a RegTech company supporting institutions across financial services, FinTechs, insurers, and other highly regulated industries. Clausematch’s SaaS platform helps companies achieve regulatory compliance and governance, while supporting sustainable growth, reducing costs and avoiding fines and reputational damage. Evgeny Likhoded, founder and CEO of Clausematch, who will now take on the role of president of Corlytics, said: “We are incredibly proud to join forces with Corlytics on the next stage of our journey. “Our clients have been asking for the integration of regulatory content into our platform for a long time.
