RDP Newmans merges with Atkins and Partners

London accountants RDP Newmans has merged with a local Harrow firm, Atkins and Partners.

The new partnership sees RDP Newmans merge with the practice and take on its clients, as well as the firm’s experienced partner, Atul Thanawala.

Atkins and Partners was formed in 1992 and specialises in assisting SMEs and mid to large-sized clients, including international clients with UK subsidiaries.

It has a varied clientele, working with businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, property, care, hospitality and professional sectors.

RPD said Atkins and Partners offers a “full and extensive range” of accountancy, taxation and consultancy services, including management consultancy, mergers, acquisitions and disposals and business valuations.

RDP Newmans’ managing partner, Paresh Radia said: “Atkins MS Partners is a great fit for our firm as we continue to grow and seek out new clients in the UK and overseas.
