Wilson Partners acquires Barnbrook Sinclair

Wilson Partners has acquired Woking-based firm Barnbrook Sinclair, strengthening its presence in the South East.The latest acquisition bolsters its team to 160 staff across five offices.

Wilson Partners was established in 2008 in Maidenhead. It took investment in 2021 to accelerate its ambitions to break into the top 20. Since then, the firm has acquired five businesses and seen revenues grow threefold.
