Haysmacintyre has been named one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ for 2024 by The Sunday Times, in recognition of its commitment to championing its people through development and diversity initiatives.

The ranking, which has been produced from benchmarking data obtained from over 70,000 companies globally by WorkL, saw the firm achieve ‘excellent’ scores across the board, making it one of just 92 companies to be acknowledged in the list of best ‘Big Organisations’ to work at in the UK.

The survey also investigated employees’ sentiments on issues including overall job satisfaction, wellbeing, and recognition, with Haysmacintyre achieving top scores of 88%, 84%, and 83% respectively.

In addition, the firm has an “impressive” retention rate, having seen 60% of its current partners remain with the company from trainee level.

Natasha Frangos, managing partner at Haysmacintyre, said: “At Haysmacintyre, we take pride in our people and want to ensure they love where they work.

“We are thrilled that our collective collaboration to make the firm a great workplace has been recognised in The Sunday Times’ prestigious ‘Best Places to Work’ – an achievement that is testament to the efforts of everyone across the firm.”

She added: “As a firm, we’ve long been committed to championing employees across all levels and fostering a supportive work environment, and this is something we have put at the very heart of our latest growth strategy.”
