BDO has acted as lead M&A advisor to the shareholders of Converge Technology Solutions UK during its acquisition by specialist investor Inspirit Capital.
The BDO team was led by Paul Russell, Peter McClay, Edmund Irvine-Fortescue, and Saleisha Ford. The firm also provided debt advisory via Ross McDonald and Steve Carr.
Stafford-based Converge UK provides IT recycling and managed services. The company delivers technology solutions across the public, private, and education sectors.
Inspirit Capital, which specialises in corporate carve-outs, was advised by Stephenson Harwood, PMSI, Evology, and EY Parthenon. Other sell-side advisors included Eversheds Sutherland and RSM UK.
