Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has announced it won the ‘Best Employment Tax Team’ title at the 2026 Tolley’s Taxation Awards.
The award was presented to head of employment tax Caroline Harwood at an event at the Hilton Park Lane in London.
News of the win marks the firm’s second successive year of achieving recognition at the awards, following three wins last year.
BDO provides services covering employment tax, employee benefits, off-payroll labour, international assignments, share plans, and exit mechanisms.
Harwood said: “I often tell people that I work in the best employment tax team in the UK – but to have it officially confirmed is very gratifying.
“This award is a testament to the hard work, enthusiasm, brilliance and innovation shown by all our people across BDO’s nationwide Global Employer Solutions practice.”
