S&W has relocated its Manchester office to new premises at Pall Mall on King Street, doubling its previous footprint in the city.

The move from Princess Street follows a period of growth for the firm and is intended to increase capacity for both staff and clients.

The new office is situated within a Grade II-listed building that has recently undergone a £30m retrofit by Bruntwood SciTech.

The workspace has been designed with a focus on sustainability, achieving an EPC A rating and targeting a BREEAM Very Good certification. It is designed to be net zero in operation.

The facility includes modern meeting rooms and shared collaboration areas, alongside on-site amenities such as a gym, roof terrace, and café.

S&W stated the investment strengthens its presence in the North West and supports its strategy to attract professional talent to the region.

Andrew Wilkes, chief executive at S&W, said: “We are delighted to have moved into our new, expanded offices at Pall Mall. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to the region and supports our growth strategy by increasing capacity, enabling us to serve our growing client base while continuing to attract top talent.”

Fiona Cresswell, partner in the Manchester office, added: “Our larger, modern city-centre office strengthens our presence in Manchester and reflects our growing ambition in the region. The new Pall Mall space provides a high-quality environment for our colleagues, supports closer collaboration, and helps us deepen client relationships across the city.”
