Moneypenny and Iris join forces to showcase the value of outsourcing

Leading outsourced communications business, Moneypenny has joined forces with accountancy software specialists at the Iris Software Group to show firms how outsourcing can drive business efficiencies and improve the client experience.

Working together, the two businesses are delivering several free on-demand webinars to share expertise and provide practical advice to accountancy firms. The first of these took place last month and addressed how strategic outsourcing can help tackle the sector’s talent shortage and improve staff retention.

Joanne Tattum, Head of Partnerships at Moneypenny, said: “There’s great synergy between our organisations and a shared commitment to making life easier for accountants – be that through outsourced telephone answering and live chat, or HR and payroll services – so this partnership seemed very natural.

“By working together, we can add real value to accountancy practices and give them the technology, tools and resources they need to improve operational efficiencies, free up their people and improve the client experience.”

Emma Crawford-Falekaono, Accountancy Divisional Sales Director at Iris, said: “This partnership is focused on helping to show our customers a different way of working that allows them to concentrate on working ON their business rather than IN their business.

“By working with Moneypenny, we can continue offering best-of-breed solutions that drive efficiencies and help accountancy practices put their clients at the heart of everything they do.”

As part of the partnership, Iris clients who sign up for a Moneypenny subscription will also receive a 40% discount for the first three months[1].

Established in 2000, Moneypenny is the world’s market leader for telephone answering, live chat, outsourced switchboard, and customer contact solutions. More than 21,000 businesses globally benefit from Moneypenny’s mix of extraordinary people and ground-breaking technology.
