UHY Hacker Young advises Centrality on sale to Intercity

UHY Hacker Young (East) and its specialist Tech and Media team have advised Centrality on its sale to Intercity, positioning it as a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK. The firm said the acquisition marks a “significant milestone” for Intercity, as it becomes a £60m turnover company with over 325 employees. The acquisition aims to” harness Centrality’s profound Microsoft expertise, thereby empowering the Intercity group with the credentials and capabilities of a premier Microsoft partner”.
