Advisory firm Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) has announced two promotions in its London transactions services team.

Tom Rowe has been promoted to associate director, having joined DSW in 2021 as a senior executive and Josh Davison, who joined as an executive in 2022, has been promoted to manager.

The promotions follow shortly after DSW relocated its London office to 44 Maiden Lane, WC2, having expanded its nine-strong team.

Richard Hooper, partner with DSW, said: “These are well deserved promotions for Tom and Josh. They are both integral members of the team and trusted advisers to our clients. Their promotions are great examples of the DSW model – attracting talented and ambitious individuals and building on their experience as we further our expansion into the mid-market.”

Commenting on his promotion, Rowe said: “I’m really pleased to have been recognised by partners James Killing and Richard Hooper and look forward to continuing my journey at DSW.”

Davison added: “I’m proud to be made manager in our talented London team and am looking forward to this next phase in my career and continuing contributing to the team’s success.”
