Ai Accounts, an accountancy firm in Leamington Spa, has expanded into a new office on the back of a record year, moving from the Waterloo Suite to the larger Longwood Suite at 11 Waterloo Place, on Warwick Street.

The company has been based at the serviced office building since early last year but required a larger office with more space to support its growth plans for 2024.

After discussing the company’s needs with Jess Wood, asset manager for the building’s owners The Wigley Group, the firm signed a two-year lease on Longwood Suite to support its growth.

Ai Accounts was founded in 2020 and provides accounting and financial business advice to companies across the UK, specialising in the technology and recruitment sectors.

Anna Stafford, founder and director of Ai Accounts, said: “It’s fantastic news. 2023 was a record year for us as we doubled our turnover and expanded our client base and headcount.

“We’ve recently appointed a new Growth Director to continue that positive trajectory and we are looking to expand our team further in 2024 with three new roles. This, paired with our new office, will strengthen our ability to serve our existing clients as well as take on new work.”

Stafford added: “When we decided we needed a bigger space to match our growth plans, The Wigley Group was really helpful in helping to find a solution – and for us there was no better place to be than here.

“We really like the building, the modern fit-out and the management, in particular Jess who has been a great support throughout. It is very much a place we are proud to call home.”

Wood concluded: “It is a pleasure to support our tenants’ growth plans and I wish Ai Accounts the very best in their new home.

“Due to their move and a tenancy ending, we now have two office suites available for businesses looking to expand or move to a central location in the popular Regency town of Leamington Spa, so please get in touch for more information.”
