Accounting and business advisory firm Beever and Struthers has advised Robinwood Activity Centres on the refinancing of its debt facilities provided by Barclays. Robinwood, known for offering residential activity and teamwork courses to primary school groups, sought the expertise of Beever and Strutherscorporate finance director, Dean Curtis, and corporate finance manager, Patrick Wilson. The refinancing is expected to provide a new funding structure, enabling Robinwood to strengthen and expand its operations.
