Accountants and business advisors Beever and Struthers has advised Robinwood Activity Centres on the refinancing of its debt facilities provided by Barclays.

Headquartered at Dobroyd Castle, Todmorden, Lancashire with centres there and at Alston, Cumbria and Wrexham, north Wales, Robinwood provides a range of residential activity and teamwork courses for primary school groups from age seven to 11.

The Beever and Struthers’ team led by corporate finance director Dean Curtis advised on the refinance, with support from corporate finance manager Patrick Wilson.

Additionally, legal advice for Robinwood was provided by Bromley’s LLP, Barclays was advised by TLT LLP.

Curtis said: “Supporting Robinwood, a longstanding client of Beever and Struthers, on this important refinancing provides a new funding structure to enable the business to grow from strength-to-strength”.
