The acquisition will provide Lyon Griffiths access to in-house specialist services, including R&D, capital allowances, commercial funding, and corporate finance. The Nantwich team will benefit from increased investment in training, development, recruitment, and well-being. Following a rebrand, Lyon Griffiths will operate under the DJH Mitten Clarke banner, becoming the Nantwich office for the group. James Stokes, MD of Lyon Griffiths, will lead the Nantwich team.

KPMG Scotland is set to onboard 86 graduates and apprentices across its offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
