Global risk and financial advisory solutions provider Kroll has successfully completed a part-sale of Pharmaserve (North West) Limited to Noveayr Respiratory Services Limited. This transaction involved the transfer of 58 staff members. Pharmaserve, established in 2007, focuses on respiratory products and applications and is regulated by the MHRA.
