PKF Smith Cooper Systems, the Sage business partner with its head office in Derby, has revealed it is celebrating a year of record growth with turnover up almost 30% YOY.

It added the firm was also named a Top 3 UK Sage 200 Partner for the fifth year running, with the increase in turnover coming without any acquisitions taking place.

In addition, compared with the year prior, it has seen a 15% increase in the number of support calls closed, and a 55% increase in the number of consultancy days logged by its team.

In October PKF Smith Cooper Systems moved into new “state-of-the-art” offices on Pride Park and also took on five new employees in February alone, across departments including Project Management and Consultancy.

Chris Smith, MD of PKF Smith Cooper Systems, said: “FY22 has been an outstanding year for our company, arguably our best ever. Our financial results were amazing, but our premises move to Prospect House has been a game changer. We have also added some real quality individuals to our team making it stronger than ever.

“Whilst there is no doubt that we are continuing to provide lots of traditional on-premises solutions based on our core Sage 200 product, there is also now an increasing interest in new cloud solutions such as Sage Intacct which bodes well for more growth in the coming years.”
