Interpath Advisory, the independent financial advisory business, has announced the promotion of two new managing directors as the firm continues to invest in its senior talent across its rapidly-growing business.
The two new managing directors are Steve Bunn, who works in Interpath’s transaction services team, and Nathan McCarthy, who is a member of the firm’s value creation team.
The promotions come as part of a wider round which saw four colleagues promoted to director – Ian Ackroyd (debt advisory), Sam Kirkwood (financial restructuring), Helen Mansfield (restructuring) and Tom Swiers (restructuring). A further 25 colleagues were promoted across the business, from associate through to associate director.
Blair Nimmo, chief executive of Interpath Advisory, said: “We are delighted to announce this latest suite of promotions, and in particular, to welcome Steve and Nathan – both of whom have been with our business for well over a decade – to our cohort of managing directors.
“Our business has grown rapidly over the past nearly 18 months, and while we’ve been pleased to make some significant and exciting hires from across the market, there is something particularly special about being able to recognise our home-grown talent in this way.”
He added: “Whether in our core restructuring and turnaround business or in our fast-growing advisory service lines, our people have continued to work tirelessly to help organisations navigate their way through some of the most testing market conditions in recent history. These promotions are testament to their dedication, and demonstrate our commitment to providing the very best service to our clients.”
