FRC’s first director of Local Audit begins role
Neil Harris will be responsible for creating a new local audit unit ahead of the FRC becoming the convener for local authority financial reporting when it transforms to the ARGA
Neil Harris has commenced his role as the FRC’s first director of Local Audit, a newly created position which is said to be “integral” in delivering timely and high quality local authority audit and reporting.
