Tim Kelland wins ACCA’s ‘Regional Advocate of the Year’ award

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has named Tim Kelland, assistant director of the Finance Delivery Unit at NHS Wales, as its ‘Regional Advocate of the Year’ for Europe and Americas for 2020.
