Quantuma promotes Brian Burke to MD

Quantuma has announced the promotion of Brian Burke to managing director. 

Burke, a restructuring specialist, joined Quantuma in 2015 from BDO LLP. 

Throughout his career, he has advised businesses facing financial challenges across sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, leisure, and construction. 

Notable cases Burke has recently worked on include the company voluntary arrangement (CVA) of healthy fast food chain Leon Restaurants Limited (Leon), where he and Andrew Andronikou act as joint supervisors to oversee the CVA process.

As part of his promotion, Burke will relocate to the firm’s London office in Holborn from Brighton and will continue to provide restructuring and insolvency advisory services to a range of businesses.

In his role as managing director, he will provide clients with restructuring support, helping to meet the ongoing growth in demand for business advisory services.
