TC Group has acquired Gateshead-based accountants Laverick Walton as part of its mergers and acquisitions strategy for an undisclosed sum.
Clients of Laverick Walton will continue to be served by the existing team, with access to TC Group’s wider national network.
TC Group is a top 20 UK accountancy firm, with more than 50 offices nationwide.
