Accountancy, business advisory and financial planning group PM and M has appointed Charlotte Radcliffe as a director within its accounting and advisory team to strengthen its presence across Greater Manchester.
Based primarily at the firm’s Bury office, Radcliffe will work alongside Judith Dugdale, accounting and advisory partner, focusing on delivering strategic financial advice to clients while supporting the wider growth of the business in the region.
She will also lead the expansion of cloud accounting services for clients and oversee the development and mentoring of staff within the growing Bury team.
Radcliffe joins PM and M with more than 20 years’ experience in the accounting profession. She has advised small and medium-sized enterprises, owner-managed businesses and larger corporate organisations, with expertise in both UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Before joining PM and M, she worked at Saffery and previously spent seven years at KJG, which has since become part of the Xeinadin group.
Radcliffe said: "A key factor in my decision to join PM+M was its independence and clear commitment to maintaining that position. Being independent allows the team to provide genuinely objective, client-focused advice, which strongly aligns with my own professional values.
"I was also drawn to the firm’s collaborative culture and its strong reputation for delivering high-quality work. It’s clear that PM+M places a real emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients and supporting its people, which made it a very attractive place to take the next step in my career."
Judith Dugdale, accounting and advisory partner at PM+M, added: "We are delighted to welcome Charlotte to the team. She is a highly respected professional who has built an outstanding reputation throughout her career. As part of the senior leadership team in Bury, Charlotte will also help strengthen our links in the town and the wider Greater Manchester business community. I look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on our clients, her colleagues and our continued growth across the region."
