Irish accountancy firm PKF Brenson Lawlor has announced its merger with Dublin-based specialist practice N. O’Carroll and Company.

Under the terms of the agreement, the N. O’Carroll and Company team will fully integrate into the PKF Brenson Lawlor business. Founded in 2000, the acquired firm provides audit, taxation, accountancy, company secretarial, and financial planning services to small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients across Ireland.

PKF Brenson Lawlor said the transaction forms part of its ongoing regional strategy to scale its service capabilities and expand its corporate finance and tax advisory footprint.

Niall Carroll, founder of N. O’Carroll and Company, said: “We are very pleased to be joining PKF Brenson Lawlor. This next step allows us to continue supporting our clients with the same dedicated approach, while also benefiting from the broader resources and expertise of a larger firm.”

Ian Lawlor, managing partner at PKF Brenson Lawlor, added: “We are delighted to welcome N. O’Carroll and Company to the firm. Their specialist expertise complements our existing services and aligns closely with our client-focused approach. We look forward to working together and continuing to deliver high-quality advice to our clients.”
