Kreston Reeves has strengthened its corporate tax team with two senior appointments, both of whom will bring expertise in advising property businesses.
This month, Michael Haig has joined as a director while James O’Leary joins as a corporate tax senior manager.
According to the firm, Haig brings “considerable” expertise in the corporate tax aspects of restructuring and reorganisations, international tax and exit strategies, with a strong reputation in acting for owner-managed and property businesses.
Meanwhile, O’Leary also acts for owner-managed and property businesses and brings expertise in R&D tax credits, capital allowances, and tax-efficient employee incentive schemes.
Daniel Grainge, partner and head of Tax at Kreston Reeves, said: “The corporate and property tax landscape is increasingly complex with businesses of all sizes turning to Kreston Reeves for guidance and advice.
“We are thrilled to have Michael and James join our growing team. Their expertise in advising property companies and owner-managed businesses will be a tremendous asset to the firm and our clients.”
