The AICPA and CIMA, which together form the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants has been recognised as a “great place to work”, according to 74% of the Association’s employees in Malaysia, the UK and the US.
It comes as Great Place To Work, an independent consultancy group and global authority on workplace culture, ran a confidential trust index survey of AICPA and CIMA employees, asking about key areas that can lead to higher workplace trust.
Some 84% of the over 1300 employees reported a strong work life balance and 82% stated they were proud to tell others they work at AICPA and CIMA.
Alongside this, responses also showed that 85% of employees felt equipped with the correct mental and physical health programs.
Sue Warman, vice president of people, AICPA and CIMA, said: “We are thrilled to celebrate the wins from this survey, and we are also looking forward to focusing on areas where we can improve to make AICPA & CIMA an even greater place to work.
“Our organisation is only as good as each individual team member, and becoming Great Place To Work certified better positions us to attract top talent now and into the future.”
