Accountancy firm with offices in Redditch and Worcester, Hayward Wright, has announced the appointment of Chloe Blackwell to the role of director and Ollie Newburn as client manager, as part of the firm’s “ambitious” growth plans.

Blackburn is said to have a strong reputation for helping business owners to overcome complex challenges and achieve their aspirations, and since joining the firm at the start of her career in 2013, she has helped to support clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on companies in the property and hospitality sectors.

She also gained both the AAT and FCCA qualifications through her training with the firm and can offer a “deeper” level of expertise to her clients.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted client manager, Newburn, is said to be extremely tech-savvy and helps Hayward Wright’s clients get to grips with the latest accounting software through advice, training and optimisation.

He is currently completing the prestigious ACA qualification, alongside his day-to-day work preparing accounts and tax returns.

Blackwell said: “It is a great honour to be taking on the role of director at such an innovative and forward-thinking accountancy practice.

“Since joining the firm after leaving school, they have continued to support my ambitions and helped me to develop my career and grow my portfolio of clients so that I can offer effective advice to many businesses across the Midlands and beyond.”

Alistair Hayward-Wright, managing director at Hayward Wright, added: “Both Ollie and Chloe are dedicated to their roles and have worked incredibly hard to assist our clients during some very challenging times.

“They are an important part of our future development and growth as a practice, and we are really proud to be promoting them to these new roles within our firm.”
