Cooper Parry has expanded its technology arm, Cooper Parry Digital, by acquiring UUNA, a people-led change management consultancy.
The acquisition forms part of the firm’s ongoing strategy to scale its digital transformation capabilities across the UK and international markets.
Founded in 2023 by Charlotte Talmage, UUNA operates a network of more than 50 associates.
The consultancy specialises in delivering large-scale corporate transformation programmes, internal capability building, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) turnarounds.
Its client roster spans multiple sectors and includes high-profile organisations such as Oxford University Press, Hays, Cognizant, WSP, and the City of London.
The transaction marks Cooper Parry’s ninth acquisition since securing a private equity partnership with New York-based Lee Equity Partners in 2025.
The newly expanded digital team will be integrated directly into Cooper Parry Digital, a unified division launched in May 2026 to consolidate the group’s software engineering, Salesforce, NetSuite, and cyber security services.
The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
Talmage, founder and CEO of UUNA, said: “Joining Cooper Parry is an extension of building a business my kids would be proud of. As the UK’s largest accountancy B Corp, they too believe in using business as a force for good, have an incredible culture, and are building a thriving digital capability. For our clients, it means we’ll have even more tools, support, ideas, and capability to deliver great change together.”
Ade Cheatham, CEO of Cooper Parry, concluded: “In a very short time, Charlotte and her team have created something really special with UUNA. Strategically, we’re not just assembling smart capabilities – we’re building a single, seamless, and scalable digital powerhouse.”
