Cooper Parry has announced the opening of its Northern Ireland office at Linen Green near Dungannon, marking a significant expansion of the firm’s professional services across the region.
The 9,161sq ft workplace occupies two floors of a former linen mill, having remained empty for several years before undergoing a renovation into an open-plan environment.
The relocation follows the acquisition of Northern Irish firm CavanaghKelly in 2025. Approximately 90 employees moved from the previous Northland Row premises to the larger site.
Specialist design team Office Principles delivered the fit-out. The firm previously designed the company’s hubs in London, Manchester, Reading, Birmingham, and its East Midlands headquarters.
The ground floor contains meeting rooms named after local landmarks, including Lough Neagh and the Sperrin Mountains. The first floor includes an open-plan kitchen and social space.
The office operates a no-designated-desk policy. According to Cooper Parry, it is designed to facilitate collaborative working between local teams and the wider group across the UK and Ireland.
Des Kelly, head of Northern Ireland, said: “This is a fantastic space that genuinely changes how we work together. It enables better collaboration, keeps us fully connected with colleagues across the UK, and most importantly delivers a better experience for our clients.
“Rest assured this isn’t the end of the story when it comes to Cooper Parry’s growth in Northern Ireland. Our Belfast office space is due to open later this summer, making us even more accessible to clients right across the region.”
