Moore Kingston Smith has announced the appointment of Victoria Nicoll as a tax partner to support private businesses and entrepreneurs at all stages of their growth.
Nicoll joins the London-based firm with experience advising owner-managed businesses across the full business life cycle, including growth planning, acquisitions and evolving operating models.
The new partner will also advise on succession planning, next-generation transition and strategic planning for business owners. Nicoll previously worked with entrepreneurial clients across London and the home counties.
The appointment follows increased demand for commercially focused tax advice as businesses navigate a complex environment. Moore Kingston Smith dropped its legal suffixes in line with standard reporting practice.
Matt Meadows, managing partner at Moore Kingston Smith, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Victoria. Her experience, collaborative approach and clear focus on understanding what matters most to clients make her a great fit for our tax team as we continue to support businesses navigating an increasingly complex environment.”
Nicoll added: “The firm’s commitment to the entrepreneurial community across London and Beds, Bucks and Herts really stood out to me, as did the collaborative culture and client focused approach here. I’m excited to join the partnership and to work with colleagues across the firm to deliver first-class client service and access to a broad range of expertise.”
