TC Group completes Smith and Goulding merger

TC Group has merged with North West-based accountancy firm Smith and Goulding as part of a national strategy to expand its professional services and advisory reach.

TC Group has integrated the Smith and Goulding practice into its UK-wide network. The deal allows the North West firm’s clients to access TC Group’s broader service lines, which include legal services, financial planning, and specialist tax advice.

Based in the North West, Smith and Goulding has provided advisory and compliance services to regional businesses for several decades. 

Following the merger, partners Kieran and Andrew will continue to lead the local operation while utilising the resources of the national group.

TC Group provides a range of business and personal services through its in-house teams of lawyers, accountants, and business advisors. The merger follows a series of recent acquisitions designed to increase the group’s regional presence across the UK.
