TC Group has acquired Ferry Hill-based accountancy practice Little and Neal, marking a further expansion of its professional services footprint within the North East region.
Little and Neal will now operate as part of the TC Harlands division, with its existing team continuing to provide services from the Ferry Hill office in County Durham.
The acquisition integrates the local firm into TC Group’s national network, which currently comprises over 50 offices across the UK.
The transaction follows the recent death of Little and Neal partner Alan Neal; the remaining leadership, including partner Lynsey Ibbetson, will stay with the business to manage the transition.
TC Group has stated that the acquisition is intended to combine local client relationships with the firm’s national technical resources and sector-specific expertise.
This move is part of a broader consolidation strategy by TC Group to strengthen its presence in regional markets.
