Brayshaw Morey merges with Streets

Stamford-based accountancy practice Brayshaw Morey has merged with Streets, in a move that boosts resources for its staff and clients. 

Brayshaw Morey was founded in 1987 by former tax inspectors, including Ross Clephane. After initially operating in Surbiton, Surrey, the firm expanded into Stamford in 2003.

Since then, the firm has grown its team and invested in new premises in the centre of Stamford in 2012. 

Brayshaw Morey said the merger with Streets will add specialist expertise and broader resources, while allowing it to retain a strong local presence and continuity of service for clients. 

Ross Clephane will continue to head up the Stamford office of the newly merged firm, Streets Brayshaw Morey. 

He said: “Change and succession planning is inevitable, so it was important for us to find a like-minded business that shared our values and would complement our offering to staff and clients.
