Derby-based Nuvo Accountancy has completed a seven-figure acquisition of Pentlands Accountants and Advisors, marking its formal entry into the Warwickshire region.
The deal is the 34th acquisition in 21 years for Nuvo, which was recently recognised as the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy firm of 2025.
Pentlands, a 28-year-old firm based in Warwick, serves a portfolio of over 250 SMEs and micro-businesses.
Under the terms of the agreement, the firm will transition to a co-branded identity, maintaining its existing Pegasus Court offices and nine-person team led by managing partner Elinor Perry.
According to Nuvo, the acquisition is a key component of its Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to propel the firm from its current position at #73 in the UK Top 100 into the Top 25 within the next four years.
As part of the integration, the Pentlands team has transitioned to Nuvo’s operational model, which includes a four-day working week and a 5% Employee Benefit Trust designed to reward staff for the firm’s continued commercial success.
