TC Group has agreed a merger deal with West Midlands-based accountancy and advisory firm BSN Associates, creating a new combined business under the name TC BSN.
The merged firm will continue to operate from BSN’s Oldbury office, retaining its local presence while gaining access to TC Group’s national resources and support services.
TC Group provides accountancy, tax and business advisory services to clients across the UK. The group operates from more than 60 offices nationwide.
Meanwhile, BSN Associates specialises in advising owner-managed businesses and corporate and personal clients across a range of sectors. The firm is one of a small number of all-female owned accountancy practices in the UK.
The firms stated that they would focus on expanding its advisory services while maintaining continuity for existing clients in the region.
