S&W has appointed Dr Fernando Da Cruz Vasconcellos as a partner in its valuations and modelling team, strengthening the firm’s expertise in complex valuation work. 

Fernando joins with more than 25 years of experience and will be based in the company’s Cambridge office.

Most recently he worked at Valuation Consulting, where he specialised in valuing technology-led and IP-driven businesses. 

His work has included supporting high-growth companies preparing for investment, exit or public listing, and advising on licensing structures and operational streamlining. 

He also brings extensive experience in advanced financial modelling for private equity and venture capital clients.

Fernando said: “I am delighted to join S&W at such an important moment in the firm’s growth. As technology and intangible assets become increasingly central to business value, clients are looking for deeper insight and rigorous, commercially grounded analysis. I look forward to contributing to the continued expansion of our valuation, transaction and advisory capabilities.”
