TC Group has merged with West Midlands-based accountancy firm Bache Brown and Co, marking the group’s 15th transaction of the year.
The deal brings a long-established Black Country practice into the Top 20 accountancy group’s national network.
Bache Brown and Co has provided advisory and compliance services to businesses across the region for several decades.
Its clients will now have access to TC Group’s wider resources, including its national and international network and in-house specialists across tax, legal, financial planning and business advisory services.
