Xeinadin has made two senior appointments in Manchester as part of its strategy to support growth, technical delivery and talent development.
Candice Beynon has joined as a partner in its audit team. With almost 30 years’ experience, Beynon will manage a portfolio of audit clients and oversee engagement delivery, compliance and team development. She has previously worked with owner-managed businesses in sectors including property, manufacturing, education and not-for-profit.
The firm said Beynon is particularly focused on mentoring junior staff and “embedding a supportive, high-standard culture alongside driving audit efficiencies”.
Beynon said: “What stood out to me was ambition. This is a practice that wants to grow with purpose, and it puts its people at the centre. I wanted to be somewhere I could make a difference, not just take over a portfolio.”
Xeinadin has also appointed Jessica Barker as associate director and licensed insolvency practitioner. Barker will lead corporate insolvency appointments across the North West, including solvent and insolvent liquidations and administrations, as well as providing early-stage advice to company directors and stakeholders.
Having recently obtained her corporate insolvency appointment-taking licence, Barker brings experience from managing teams and portfolios of corporate insolvency cases involving businesses in financial difficulty.
Barker said: “From day one I’ve felt trusted and supported to shape my role and contribute to something that’s growing fast but still grounded in strong values. Xeinadin offers the kind of scale and support that helps you develop, while staying close to the work that matters.”
Alex White, managing partner for Xeinadin in the North West, added: “Manchester is a key hub for us; the demand for audit and restructuring support here is growing, and clients are looking for relationships they can trust. Candice and Jessica bring technical strength and clarity to two areas that are core to our Manchester office.
“Candice will help raise audit capability and build up the next generation of talent. Jessica adds senior experience in insolvency, where timing and judgement are critical. Both will play a key role in how we support local clients going forward.”
