All in Place, the online platform, with ICAEW Technology Accreditation, has announced two accounting sector veterans have joined its senior team with immediate effect.

Will Farnell, entrepreneur, speaker and author has been appointed fractional chief commercial officer advising the SaaS fintech business on its strategic direction, technology roadmap and route to market.

Additionally, business founder, mentor and coach, Richard Brewin has joined All in Place as a client director to support its scale up plans, focused on the client acquisition and onboarding experience.

All in Place aims to help accountants to get closer to their clients and integrate their business and personal financial plans by creating detailed cashflow analysis and risk assessments.

Launched in 2021, All in Place has continued a structured roll out, including developing training modules for accounting firms, along with strategic roadmaps for firms to adopt.

Richard Bertin, All in Place Founder and CEO, said, “We are delighted that Will has chosen to join the business in a formal role. He is the genuine article having built a digital accountancy practice and recently merged his business with a top 20 accounting firm. Will is a pioneer in his field and passionate about helping fellow professionals build a “digital firm”, whilst remaining focused on the human aspects of a client centric business.

“Furthermore, we are delighted to have attracted Richard Brewin, one of the best in our camp on understanding how small accountancy firms can extend their service propositions and are excited about working together on the next stage of our journey.”

Farnell added: “I have known Richard Bertin for a number of years and believe that he has a shared vision on how the accounting profession can strengthen its human relationships with clients, particularly learning from how the financial services industry goes about its ‘know your client’ process.

“As firms become better equipped building their digital solutions for their clients, and with AI set to provide firms with more time to spend with their clients, I feel the need for firms to adopt a structured approach to the humanising of the client relationship has never been so paramount, and am excited about how I can make a positive difference, with the leader in that field – All in Place.”

Brewin said: “Having worked with many dynamic accounting firms over the last few years, since leaving practice, I am delighted to join the team at All in Place and help them scale their proposition. The profession has managed a lot of change and had to be agile over the last few years. However, so have clients, and the opportunity to lead on a client-centric model and reaffirm our role as the trusted, indispensable adviser is close to my heart.”
