BKL has announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with the appointment of new chief growth officer (CGO) Juliet Shaw.
Shaw comes to BKL with over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic sales and change leadership. This includes senior roles at EY, Frost and Sullivan and PA Consulting, with a strong record of fostering year-on-year growth among sales teams.
She will be working closely with other members of BKL’s senior leadership team, including CEO Lee Brook, chief financial officer Neill Ryder and chief people officer Greg McCaw.
In her new role, Shaw will apply her expertise to help guide strategic, financial and cultural growth at BKL.
Shaw’s appointment as CGO comes at the same time as the group expands its senior-level technical expertise, with three new tax partners having joined the business: Susie Mullin, Sehjal Gupta and Luigi Lungarella.
Shaw said: “I’m excited to be joining BKL to drive growth. There are a wealth of opportunities that I am eager to test with our clients and our people to understand how we can best work together and support more clients in the moments that matter.”
Brook added: “As we look ahead to the next phase of BKL’s growth and development, it’s great to welcome Juliet to the team. Her experience in driving strategic change, and helping people to give their best, will add huge value as we expand our services and advice, building even stronger relationships with ambitious clients.”
