EY-Parthenon has announced the appointments of Suraj Ramaprasad, Darshan Vora and Karen Crum as partners in the firm’s strategy team.

The strategy practice brings together deep sector knowledge and experience of executing corporate, transaction and turnaround strategies to help clients design and deliver long-term value.

Ramaprasad will lead EY-Parthenon’s digital and technology strategy practice for the UK and Ireland, as he brings over 25 years of experience in advising corporate and private equity clients across UK and EMEA on commercial, operational, digital and IT strategy topics.

Meanwhile, Vora will co-lead EY-Parthenon’s health sciences and wellness team for the UK and Ireland. He will also be responsible for driving both commercial transaction advisory and corporate strategy across the life sciences sector.

In addition, Crum will co-lead EY-Parthenon’s customer and growth strategy practice for the UK and Ireland, a pan-sector team which helps maximise profitable growth for clients. She brings 20 years of experience in advising clients on brand, marketing, corporate and growth strategy, working across tech, finance, health and life sciences and consumer products and retail.

Matt Robb, EY-Parthenon UK&I strategy leader, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Suraj, Darshan and Karen to the EY-Parthenon team. In a period of unprecedented change and uncertainty, our clients are seeking insight from diverse multi-disciplinary teams with demonstrable best-in-class expertise across strategy, transactions and implementation.

“The new appointments to our existing, talented team will allow us to help our clients navigate the challenges ahead, as well as seize opportunities and build long-term sustainable growth.”
