Worthing-based financial services firm, Carpenter Box, has announced the appointment of the new head of business services, Charlie Eve, and the new director of client service, Sam Fisher.
As head of the firm’s largest department, Eve’s role centres on building relationships and ensuring that internal visions and strategies work together as a collective, and that a “first-class” client service is maintained.
With more than 20 years of experience, Eve’s client-work consists primarily of assisting owner-managed businesses with maximising profits, while managing exposure to tax.
Eve said: “Working with owner-managed businesses is special as the journey is so close to the clients’ hearts. Seeing them achieve their dreams and reap the benefits, knowing that you played a part, is what it’s all about.
“I’ve been with Carpenter Box for more than 10 years and we’re proud of the rapid pace at which we’ve evolved. This is something I’m keen to continue, in terms of driving efficiency and staying ahead of the curve.”
As director of client services, Fisher will support Eve with the firm’s development plans in the real estate sector and internationally, having previously helped grow a multinational group from 200 to 500 employees in six years.
Fisher said: “I’m really excited by Carpenter Box’s growth plans. It’s a firm that isn’t afraid to break the mould and make changes by thinking outside of the box.
“I’m creative at heart, coming from a musical background, so Carpenter Box’s innovative culture immediately stood out to me. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s to come.”
