Azets appoints group CFO

Azets has announced the appointment of Beth Crosier as its new group CFO.

Chartered accountant Crosier first qualified at PwC, where she spent seven years in the audit practice serving a broad portfolio of listed businesses and SMEs. 

Crosier spent the subsequent two years with PwC in San José, California, as part of the Audit Transformation Programme, a group tasked with designing and building the next generation of audit software. 

Since leaving practice, she has gained several years of experience in finance leadership roles at global technology businesses in the UK, Europe, and North America.

These include accounting software and service provider The Sage Group, online food ordering platform Just Eat, and global semiconductor and software design business Arm.

In her new role as CFO, Crosier will focus on driving further growth and value creation as the group accelerates its strategy to double revenues in the next five years.

Crosier is Azets’ latest senior appointment following the appointment of Jeremy Fearnley as group head of M&A in January 2022. Together, they have delivered seven acquisitions in six months across Azets Group in the UK and Nordics.
