BK Plus has accelerated its expansion across the South East with the acquisition of Kent-based Aggarwal and Co Chartered Accountants.

The deal also incorporates the practices of Foreman Waller and Edwards and Co, bringing new regional offices in Rainham, Sheerness, and Ashford under the group’s umbrella.

Led by senior partner Anil Aggarwal, the firm specialises in supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs.

Under the terms of the agreement, the firm will continue to operate from its existing premises with its current staff and client base, now backed by the centralised infrastructure of the wider BK Plus group.

The transaction marks a steady scaling of BK Plus’ operations in the South East, building on its established hubs in Chiswick and High Wycombe.

The group focuses on an acquisition model that maintains localised client relationships and decision-making while offering a broader range of specialist advisory services.

Shaun Knight, CEO of BK Plus, said: “We’ve had a strong start to the year, and bringing Aggarwal and Co into the group is another great step forward for us. What stood out straight away was the strength of the relationships Anil and his team have built with their clients. That local trust is exactly what we look for. For businesses across Kent, nothing changes day to day.”

Anil Aggarwal, senior partner of Aggarwal and Co, added: “This was an important decision for us. We wanted to find a partner that would allow us to keep our relationship-led approach, while giving us the ability to offer more when our clients need it. What has changed is the range of support we can now put in front of them.”
