Interpath has appointed Susan Blower as managing director within its valuation team to oversee complex business, share, and intellectual property valuations across international jurisdictions.

Blower joins the advisory firm with over 20 years of experience in valuations and quantum analysis

Her career includes senior roles at BDO, KPMG, and Ankura, and she has acted as an expert witness in the UK High Court, UK Tax Tribunal, and various international arbitration forums.

The appointment is intended to strengthen Interpath’s multidisciplinary platform, which covers restructuring, deal advisory, and dispute resolution.

Blower’s expertise spans financial reporting, tax-related valuations, and portfolio assessments for fund managers. She is an accredited member of the Expert Witness Institute and the Academy of Experts.

Interpath continues to expand its international network and UK presence. The firm’s valuation practice provides technical support for contentious disputes, incentive schemes, and purchase price allocations during corporate restructuring and litigation.

Blower said: “Valuations remain a fundamentally countercyclical service, supporting decision-making and dispute resolution across a wide range of market conditions.

“What drew me to Interpath was the strength and interconnectedness of its multidisciplinary platform, spanning deal advisory, restructuring and beyond. I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the practice and working with colleagues across the firm to help clients navigate increasingly complex valuation and quantum challenges.”

David Mitchell, managing director of valuations, added: “We are delighted to welcome Susan to the team. She brings technical expertise and a track record that is widely recognised across the market, particularly in contentious valuations and quantum analysis.

“Her experience acting as an expert witness across multiple jurisdictions will be invaluable as we continue to support clients facing complex disputes and high-stakes decision-making. Susan’s arrival further strengthens our ambitions to build a valuation practice in the UK and across our international network.”
