Xeinadin has announced the appointment of Emily Light as director at its Chandlers Ford office to support its senior advisory capability in the Solent region.
Light joins the firm with more than 12 years of experience in finance leadership roles within regulated businesses and high-growth sectors, including fintech and SaaS.
The appointment comes as the Chandlers Ford office enters a new expansion phase following the integration of six local practices to create a team of more than 40.
The office provides services ranging from bookkeeping and compliance to audit and strategic advisory for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals.
Light will work with hub managing partner for Xeinadin South East Andrew Gaete to develop the advisory offering and mentor staff at the firm.
The Chandlers Ford site sits within the company’s Solent region, which includes offices in Salisbury, Andover, the Isle of Wight and Bournemouth.
Xeinadin confirmed that the region remains a focus for investment, with further recruitment and apprenticeship intakes planned as the local team grows.
Light said: “I’ve joined Xeinadin at a point where the Chandlers Ford office has real momentum. There’s a fantastic team in place, a broad mix of clients and the opportunity to deliver high-quality advisory work that genuinely supports SME owners.
“I’m looking forward to building on that, working closely with clients and helping the team continue to grow.”
Gaete added: “Emily is joining at a perfect time as the Chandlers Ford team is thriving at a local level with the backing of a fully integrated national practice behind it. Her experience across both professional practice and in-house finance with a blend of advisory depth and commercial insight brings a valuable perspective and enables us to support our clients with more forward-looking decision-making.
“As we continue to grow by bringing together different practices and people, it’s imperative that we build in a way that feels joined up and sustainable.”
