Consilium Chartered Accountants has advised the shareholders of Axiom Project Services Limited on the company’s acquisition by Bellrock Group.

Axiom, a property and construction consultancy with offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow, will join Bellrock’s consulting division.

Founded in 2013, the firm provides project management and cost consultancy services for private-sector developments across the leisure, residential and industrial markets.

Consilium supported the shareholders with corporate finance and tax advice throughout the transaction. The advisory team was led by corporate finance partner John Blair and tax partner Craig Coyle.

For Bellrock, the acquisition expands its consulting capabilities and strengthens its regional footprint. The group, backed by Sun European Capital Partners, provides property services across the UK and employs more than 2,000 people.

Gary Logue, Axiom managing director, said: “Consilium delivered clear and effective guidance throughout the deal process, helping us secure a transaction that supports our competitive position and growth plans.”

Blair added: “Having worked with Gary and the senior team for many years, it was particularly rewarding to assist them in completing this deal. I am confident the business will continue to develop strongly within the Bellrock Group.”
