Forvis Mazars LLP has appointed three new members to its US governing board. Keith Giddens, Tammy Rivera and Caleb Vuljanic, all managing partners at the firm, began their three-year terms on 1 November.

The board is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and is composed of senior partners elected by their peers.

Giddens is managing partner for tax specialty services and previously led the Charlotte, North Carolina, office. He has also held leadership roles in Washington, D.C., and Greenville, South Carolina, and has extensive experience in tax advisory work.

Meanwhile, Rivera is managing partner of the Colorado–Salt Lake practice unit, overseeing more than 200 staff across Denver, Colorado Springs and Salt Lake City. She has more than 20 years’ experience in assurance and consulting services, primarily within the healthcare sector.

Additionally, Vuljanic serves as managing partner for the Metro D.C. market.

He provides assurance services to clients in the technology, private equity and professional services sectors and previously worked in the firm’s professional standards group, focusing on complex accounting and audit issues.

Other members of the Forvis Mazars US governing board include Trey Ackerman, Thomas Boothby, Mike Coletti, Jerry Henderson, Holly Pantzer, Laura Peth, Karine Philippon, Rob Pruitt, Sarah Saunders, Gary Schafer, JoAnna Simek, Victor Wahba and Brian West.

Tim York, chief growth officer and chair of the governing board, said: “Having worked with each of them in various capacities for many years, I am confident that Keith, Tammy and Caleb will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that complement those of our existing leadership.”

Tom Watson, CEO, added: “Our new board members exemplify our long-standing commitment to stewardship and to making tomorrow better than today for our team members and clients.”
